Safe Registration Frequently Asked Questions
Registration is a simple process that allows us to keep basic information securely on file to help prove and verify the lawful owner or keeper of a Safe when security data or technical assistance is requested. If a Safe and the user (lawful owner or keeper) has not been registered then enhanced product support is not available. For example, combination numbers and key numbers will not be disclosed to the unregistered owner or keeper, and 'home' support is not an option that can be considered.

Check if Safe Registration is Required
Check if your Clarke safe or Clarke safe product should be registered with us for product support or technical advice. For some safe models, we can only give assistance to users who have previously registered with us so it is important to register your safe if it’s required. Registration must be made within 10 days of purchase.

Print a Clarke Safe Registration Form
This Clarke International Safe Registration Form can be printed from your PC and sent to our Product registration Department by Post. You may use this form to register your Clarke Safe product if you have mislaid the original Registration form or if you dealer did not supply one. Please note that Registrations made after seven days of purchase date may be chargeable and you may be asked to pay the basic Registration fee before we proceed. If there are exceptional circumstances that prevented registration within seven days then please enclose written details with this Form. All applications for Registration must be accompanied by a legible copy of your purchase receipt or invoice.
