Clarke International Online Collection and Returns Request Form

The Clarke International returns service helps you send us your Clarke product(s) for warranty repair or pre-arranged credit by arranging collection from your UK address by carrier. At the moment, this service is only available from mainland commercial addresses in England, Scotland and Wales or from domestic addresses by prior arrangement. IMPORTANT NOTES: Your attention is drawn to the following extracts from our Conditions of Collection
  1. Items collected for repair under our terms of warranty will be subject to labour and carriage charges if no fault is found after inspection or testing, or if warranty repair is rejected for any reason.
  2. Collections will only be arranged when proof of purchase has been established by us.
  3. All fuels, oils and other liquids must be removed prior to collection.
  4. Goods must not be palletised without our consent as pallets are excluded from the basic collection service.
  5. You must obtain a valid receipt for all goods taken as no claim can be made without it. Prepare your own document for driver's signature if necessary.
  6. The sender is responsible for loading the vehicle and for providing any loading or lifting equipment required.
  7. All goods must be properly packed and clearly labelled for automated handling and transport by road carrier. Any damage or loss caused as a result of improper packing or labelling is the sole responsibility of the sender.
  8. If we have supplied pre-addressed labels then these must be affixed to the outside of the package(s)
  9. All unauthorised returns will incur carriage charges at tariff rates and may be subject to administration charges so please do not send goods we have not agreed to. No liabilty can or will be accepted by us.
  10. The carrier's Conditions of Carriage and all stated limitations will apply to every consignment collected by us.


  11. A £10.00 plus VAT charge applies to all wasted journeys by Parcelforce and £20.00 plus VAT for wasted journeys by Express Despatch Ltd so please make sure the consignment is ready before submitting this form.


  12. We reserve the right to cancel the collection service or cancel any individual collection at any time.
  13. We cannot arrange the collection of Safes and some other security products.
